Hi, I’m Grant — a Business English teacher, content creator, and language enthusiast based in Medellín, Colombia.

I grew up in Arlington, Texas, studied Business Administration and Finance at Oklahoma State University, and like many people, my career took a turn during the pandemic. I started teaching English as a temporary job and ended up finding a real passion for helping others grow — especially in their professional lives. I’ve been teaching ever since.

I specialize in Business English, helping professionals around the world improve their communication skills for meetings, interviews, presentations, and everyday workplace interactions. My lessons are practical, personalized, and focused on helping you sound more natural and confident in English.

I’m also a committed language learner. I speak fluent Spanish, can hold my own in French, and I’ve recently started learning Mandarin Chinese. Living abroad and learning new languages myself helps me teach with empathy, patience, and a clear understanding of the challenges adult learners face.

Outside of teaching, I create content to make English learning more fun and useful — no boring grammar drills, just real-life language tips and strategies that actually stick.
